LEGO® Principle

The basic idea of NxtGen building can be compared with the popular children’s toys LEGO®. It is designed keeping in mind the same principle, in fact, only a bit bigger. NxtGen modular construction does not consist of precisely shaped coloured plastic stones with knobs on top. The individual modular components (beams, girders, windows, doors, facades) or sub-assemblies can freely be nested and combined within the grid and are interchangeable similar to the LEGO® principle. There are no limits to creativity.

Time and cost can be saved dramatically. A construction cost savings up to 40% is possible, at the same time greater precision and quality through rational prefabrication methods. Our modular portable buildings offer full flexibility and can be quickly expanded or dismantled. The NxtGen principle of intelligent modular construction is similar to the LEGO® principle.
